WinsWall helps people create and share a virtual wall of diplomas, certificates, awards, and other achievements. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us.

Information We Collect
We collect account information you provide or authorize through sign-in providers, such as your name, email address, profile identifier, and authentication method. We also collect the awards, certificates, documents, images, wall settings, usernames, and public share settings you add to WinsWall.
We collect technical information needed to operate and protect the service, including IP address, browser and device details, session data, security logs, upload metadata, and—only after consent—analytics or marketing events.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure your account, render your wall and awards, process uploads, support public sharing links you choose to enable, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and respond to support or privacy requests.
Legal bases
We process account, authentication, upload, wall, and sharing data to provide the service you request; security and abuse-prevention data for our legitimate interests in protecting WinsWall and its users; optional analytics and marketing data only with your consent; and records when needed to meet legal obligations.
Social Login
If you sign in with Google, Facebook, Apple, or another supported provider, WinsWall receives only the information needed to authenticate your account and keep your login working. We do not sell social login data.
Email Magic Link Sign-In
You may also sign in without a password by requesting a short-lived, one-time link by email. We use your email address, temporary security records, and limited anti-abuse information only to deliver and protect that sign-in. The usable link secret is not stored in plain text and expired authentication records are removed automatically.
Public Content
Your wall and individual wins are private unless you choose to share them or make them public. Public pages can be viewed by anyone with the link and may be indexed by search engines when public sharing is enabled.
Sharing and Processors
We use trusted service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, email, security, analytics, marketing measurement, and technical operations. They may process information only as needed for those services. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel receive data only for the optional purposes you accept. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect WinsWall, users, or the public.
International processing
Our providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on applicable transfer safeguards and provider data-protection terms. Optional analytics or marketing transfers do not begin before your consent.
Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary storage keeps sessions, security, language, and consent preferences working. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are optional, disabled until you choose them, and can be withdrawn at any time in Cookie settings. Details are listed in the Cookie Policy.
Data Retention
We keep account and wall data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days after verification. Limited security, fraud-prevention, backup, or legal records may remain for a reasonable period and backup copies are removed through the normal rotation process. Optional analytics and marketing data follow the provider and cookie periods described in the Cookie Policy.
Your data protection rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing; and complain to your data protection authority. Children
WinsWall is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above shows when the current version became active.
